SIMPLE CHANGES WELLNESS COACHING
Managing stress for a healthier life

What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaching is ideal for people looking to reduce stress, improve health or lose weight, create work/life balance, or improve relationships. A wellness coach is like a ‘personal trainer’ who supports you to improve health and well-being. The “Circle of Life” process teaches you to set and reach positive life and health goals.

In the Circle of LifeTM you will learn to :
  • modify your lifestyle to promote health and overall wellness
  • reduce stress with techniques you can weave into your daily routine
  • set realistic and achievable goals
  • use your strengths effectively

How does it work?
You decide what you want to improve in your life through a guided process.
You then learn specific tools to make changes to reach your goal. These methods can be used both during and after the coaching.
The fee is $250 which includes 12 hours of group or individual coaching plus a 226-page participant guidebook that includes all the tools you will need to maintain your changes.
You either meet with a group of 6-8 people each week, usually for 8 weeks or individual clients are coached once a week at their convenience.

How can I benefit? “Circle of life” participants report the following benefits:
  • Meeting health goals
  • Lowering stress
  • Breaking through “stuck” life areas
  • Improve your life satisfaction

Groups are forming now! For more information contact
